Shipping policy

Items ship via USPS from Maryland, USA. We try to drop our packages at USPS during their business hours to make sure the tracking number gets updated, but sometimes we drop after they close, which can mean that the tracking number will take a bit of time to update. Please note that the shipping time selected is en route times (dependent on USPS), and not processing times.

Once the package is been handed to the carrier, any inquires about delivery time or location should be handled by said carrier.
